Christiana Adeola

Christiana has 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, spanning various roles in manufacturing and quality, with direct responsibility for developing key Quality Management System (QMS) elements and maintaining the systems. With a strong background in quality leadership and operational excellence, Christiana brings a thoughtful, systems-driven approach to ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration at Meddux.

She is passionate about building scalable processes, solving complex problems, and creating environments where teams can thrive while delivering high-quality results. She is a proud graduate of Purdue University's Engineering program, holds a master's degree in Quality Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and is a certified ISO13485:2016 Lead Auditor. Christiana combines technical rigor with people-focused leadership. She is known for her calm presence under pressure, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Christiana enjoys meaningful conversations, personal growth, discovering new restaurants, traveling, attending live shows/performances, and creating memorable experiences with family and friends. She loves minimalist yet thoughtful and bold designs, uplifting music, and a really good cup of coffee.
