This position is responsible for hands-on assembly, development support, and execution of catheter manufacturing processes for both client programs and internal projects. The role emphasizes highly skilled, precision manual work, strong process discipline, and the ability to support prototype through early-stage and pilot manufacturing builds and to translate to commercial scale. The Senior Catheter Technician plays a critical role in ensuring consistent product quality, process repeatability, and effective transfer of processes from engineering into manufacturing execution.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading design, manufacturing process development, sustaining engineering, and completion of complex product development deliverables for catheter-based medical devices supporting client companies and internal projects.
The role emphasizes independent ownership of catheter design, hands-on process development, optimization, advanced problem solving, and production support from prototype through early-stage and ongoing manufacturing. This position also includes hands-on collaboration with manufacturing personnel, with a strong focus on technician training, process standardization, and execution on the manufacturing floor.
